9 Remove the air shroud.
10 Disconnect all the cables connected to the system board.
Steps
1 Press the blue release tab and align the slots on the PIB with the hooks on the PSU cage and slide it into place.
2 Route the cables and connect it to the system board.

3 Install the system cover.

5 Open the drive bays, install all drives, and then close the drive bays.
6 Install the power supply units.
7 Follow the procedure listed in After working inside your system.

Prerequisites
CAUTION
: If you are using the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) with an encryption key, you may be prompted to create a
recovery key during program or System Setup. Be sure to create and safely store this recovery key. If you replace this system
board, you must supply the recovery key when you restart your system or program before you can access the encrypted data on
your drives.
