9.3 When to Watch and Wait
Whether your patient uses their meter, the G6 Pro, or both, there are
times when they shouldn’t treat at all, just watch and wait.
Stacking Insulin: Remind your patient not to stack insulin by
taking doses too close together. Your patient doesn’t want to
go low; wait at least 2 hours between doses.
Sometimes, it’s best to watch and wait.
