SET LOCKOUT CODE
Pressing CMD at the Stop option displays SET LOCKOUT CODE. This feature allows you to program a special code that
will then be required to gain access to the panel’s internal Programmer through the keypad.
Changing the Lockout Code
You can change this code at any time to any combination of numbers from 1 to 5 digits long (1 to 65535). Do not use
leading zeros for the lockout code.
1. Press any select area. The display changes to ENTER CODE: -.
2. Enter a 1- to 5-digit code (do not enter a number higher than 65535). Press CMD.
3. Enter the new Lockout Code again. Press CMD. The keypad display changes to CODE CHANGED.
Once you have changed the code, it is important that you write it down and store it in a safe place. Lost lockout codes
require the panel to be sent back into DMP for repair. You may cancel a Lockout Code by entering 00000 at the Set
Lockout Code command option.
Lockout Code restriction
Do not set a Lockout Code higher than 65535.
