14.2 ADJUSTMENT OF CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE SAW-BAND AND
CARBIDE PADS

Adjustments of clearance between the belt and the
guide plates are made:
Loosen the screw A, insert a 0.037in thick plate
between the guide plates, and then tighten the screw
B. This will set the exact clearance between the
plates. Then tighten screw A.
