install the gasket and cover.
Install the fuel heater ground wire.
Torque Value: 12 N-m [110 in-lbs]
3 capscrew holes are drilled through
I. Apply liquid teflon sealant to the
m [18 ft-lbs] *
5/16 Inch, 10mm, 3/8 inch
Install the intake manifold heater power supply connections.
Assemble the intake piping and intake manifold heater.
Install the throttle control bracket and connect the intake
manifold heater ground wire. Install the throttle rod to the
throttle lever.
Torque Value:
• Intake manifold heater power supply -14 N-m [10 ft-lbs]
• Intake crossover tube capscrews - 24 N-m [18 ft-lbs]
• Hose clamps - 5 N-m [44 in-lbs]
