8. Remove the feeler gauge.
9. Connect throttle cable to throttle cam ball.
10. Operate foot throttle and inspect for throttle lever
breakover in both idle and full positions.
11. Check engine RPM from low to full throttle.

Note: If the engine will not meet the full throttle limit and
the low pressure fuel system and injectors are functioning
correctly, remove the fuel pump for service.
