3.3.36 Fuel filter
Assemble the fuel filter with the intake manifold.
Assemble the fuel feed hose according to the direction
of an arrow impressed on the fuel filter head so that fuel
can be fed in the sequence of FUEL FEED PUMP
FUEL FILTER FUEL INJECTION PUMP.
3.3.37 Injection nozzle
Install a new seal ring in the nozzle hole of the cylinder
head.
As aligning the ball of nozzle with a groove in the
nozzle hole, Insert the nozzle into the cylinder head and
tighten the nozzle.
3.3.38 Fuel injection pipe
Semi-assemble a nut at both ends of the fuel injection
pipe and tighten them up one by one to specified torque.
Assemble the fuel return pipe on the nozzle holder.
Connect the injection pump lubricating oil pipe with a
hollow screw.
Caution:
Be sure not to damage the connection part due to
over-tightening the hollow screw.
