Install main reducer
1. Assemble copper gasket on bracket. Apply a small amount of
sealant on upper and lower sides of the gasket and smooth.
Note: Make 3 rectangle hole of the copper gasket
aimed 3 oil port of the bracket.
Note: Coat proper Letai 598 fastening sealant
2. Install the assembled active sprial bevel gear assembly
in bracket
3. Coat sealant line with diameter 2-4mm at the
small end, refer to the picture for sealant line;
sealant line and diameter of bearing sleeve (the
other side of gasket) shall be done according to the
above requirements.
4. Assemble sealing cover
Press oil seal in sealing cover.
Note: Coat a layer of proper lubrication oil when
assembling oil seal.
