8.6.2 Creating a program by keyboard input
1. Use to switch to section selection .
2. Use to activate the section.
3. Set all parameters for this section.
4. To set up another section, use on the section display to
switch to the next section.
5. Use to activate the section and set all parameters.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to define up to 30 sections if necessary.
7. Press the ESC key.
The program is saved.
The machine switches to Automatic mode.
The program that was just created is selected.
8.6.3 Creating a program by teach-in
1. Press the Teach-In key.
2. Set the parameters for the section (stitch length, thread ten-
sion, top roller pressure and top roller stroke).
3. Press the pedal and complete the seam section up to the
desired position on the material.
4. To set other parameters for another seam section, use to
add a new seam section.
5. Set the parameters.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to define up to 30 sections if necessary.
7. Press the pedal back.
The program switches to Edit mode.
8. If necessary, add other parameters for all seam sections
(bartack, sewing speed, thread cutter, top roller lifter, etc.).
9. Press the ESC key.
The program is saved.
The machine switches to Automatic mode.
The program that was just created is selected.
