4.8 Unpacking / Setup of the machine
Upon delivery the product is mounted on a shipping pallet. Observe the operating instructions for unpak-
king!
1. Remove band and pins at the bottom edge of the box. Remove the cover and cardboard
sleeve.
2. Take off the securing screws before lifting the machine.
Make sure that the product does not turn when it is lifted!
Only use a crane with a rotating crane hook.
3. Place the machine on a solid and flat underground. Fastening the machine to the floor is
not necessary.
Clean the Kraftformer from possible soiling such as packing residue, dust, and the similar.

Consider the machine weight of
approx. 151 kg before attempting to lift it.

WARNING
— Lifting of the product with forklift without sufficient capacity
— Stay under suspended load
—> If the product falls: Risk of death or injury to personnel, damage on the product
• Only use a forklift with sufficient carrying capacity to lift the product.
• Never step under or near a suspended load!
