Quick change tool holders allow a tool change practically without any down time.
Loosen the tool locking levers and pull the tool straight out or push it in all the way.

iIMPORTANT
Do not forget to clamp the tools in securely!
CAUTION
— Installation of tools while the ram is not at a standstill
—> Crushed upper extremities (e.g. fingers, hands, arms)
• Tools may be installed or changed only when the ram is stationary
Standard forming tools are inserted in both of the tool holding fixtures of the Kraftformer (in
the ram and on the machine horn). The tool holding fixtures are equipped with a fast lock. In
this way a quick tool change is possible and at the same time an exact position of the tools is
guaranteed.
