Maintenance must ensure that the product remains functional or can be resumed after
a failure.
8.2 General maintenance
The machine should only be repaired by trained and qualified personnel. Improper repairs can cause acci-
dents.
Do not work with oily hands.
Pay close attention to the highest standard of cleanliness during all maintenance operations.

—> Risk of injury to personnel and damage to the product
• Always turn the air supply before attempting any repairs or service work.
8.1 Required personnel
Specialist personal with the following knowledge must be used.
Training for working with the following components:
- mechanical components - pneumatic components
Instruction and / or reading of the instruction manual chapter:
03 Fundamental safety instructions, 05 Construction and Operation, 07 Operation,

— Personnel, was not trained or has not read the instructions of the manual, is
working on / with this product.
—> Risk of death or injury to personnel, damage to the product
• Machine must have read the operating instructions and in particular the chapter on
safety before beginning work. Reading the instructions after work has begun is too
late. This applies especially to persons working only occasionally on the machine, e.g.
during setting up or maintenance
