  If the Emerson Network Power Control Unit shows overvoltage during deceleration, first, increase the deceleration time. Second, re-evaluate the braking resistor. Third, verify the input voltage. Finally, adjust the PI parameters.

  If the Emerson Network Power Control Unit experiences overcurrent during acceleration, it might be due to several reasons. First, the acceleration time may be too short, so prolong it. Second, avoid restarting the motor when it's momentarily stopped; start it after it completely stops. Third, check and correct any incorrect external wiring. Finally, verify and adjust the wiring or the setting of F046 for the PG (Pulse Generator).
