1. Make printer driver settings as appropriate for your
document, then open the Basic Settings menu and click the
Reserve Jobs
icon. The Reserve Jobs Settings dialog box
appears.
2. Select the
Reserve Job On
check box and the
Stored Job
radio
button.
3. Enter a user name and job name in the corresponding text
boxes.
4. Click
OK
. The printer stores the print data in the Hard Disk
Drive. To print or delete this data using the printer’s control
panel, see “Using the Quick Print Job Menu” on page 170.
Confidential Job
The Confidential Job option allows you to apply passwords to
print jobs stored on the Hard Disk Drive.
Follow these steps to store print data using the Confidential Job
option.
