Parameters:
<ind>: Integer; in the range given by <descr>. <ind> value ‘0’ means that the indicator is off,
‘1’ means the indicator is on, ‘2’ is more substantial than ‘1’, and so on.

“battchg” Battery charge level (0-5)
“signal” Signal quality (0-5)
“batterywarning” Battery warning (0-1)
“chargerconnected” Charger connected (0-1)
“service” Service availability (0-1)
(value = ’1’ means there is contact with the net)
“sounder” Sounder activity (0-1)
(Phone silent status, ‘1’ = phone silent)
“message” Message received (0-1)
