KPM.X.Systemhandbuch_X3.0.EN.V1.9 | Subject to misprints and technical changes.
deleting various registry entries. The Windows 10 error also describes the lack of user
authorisation affecting these COM ports that can be assigned on the basis of this article
http://blog.ronnypot.nl/?p=843 .
The last measure is to uninstall and reinstall the drivers of all COM ports.
8.21.8 Expired certificates (Xesar tablet, browser)
The certificates for connections between containers/services are valid for one year. They
expire if a system has not been started for an extraordinarily long time (> 1 year).
In this case customers are forced to wait for the certificates to renew once the system
starts for the first time. This is the case if the system can no longer be used as intended
in the software and customers are potentially shown several error messages. The status is
automatically regenerated after a few minutes.
8.21.9 Unable to start docker
The docker can exclusively be operated on computers with activated "Hyper-V virtualisa-
tion".
8.21.10 Xesar Lifetime in Xesar 2.2
Do NOT activate Xesar Lifetime in Xesar 2.2 (i.e. prior to export/import to Xesar 3.0)!
Otherwise merely 17 KeyCredits would be added in Xesar 2.2.
8.21.11 Blocking the firewall / preventing the import
As a rule, you must currently take into account three known aspects:
The personal firewall must always permit the start or not block required ports (vir-
tual machine, 10.0.75.2, must have access to Windows host, 10.0.75.1:445).
The drive C: must be enabled in the docker settings
Uninstall and reinstall the "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks" service
in the Docker Network adapter settings.
At the same time, port 445 must be enabled for the Docker network (see
https://docs.docker.com/docker-for-windows/#firewall-rules-for-shared-
drives)
8.21.12 Identification media read error
If a system has are increasing problems with identification media when placing it on the
coding station, it may be that the computer has a communication problem with the par-
ticular interface. To confirm this, navigate to the Windows Event Viewer (Start -> Enter
Event Viewer) after the error has occurred, and check for any error messages with regard
to COM ports. If this is the case, clicking on it displays the GUID of the respective port.
After this GUID, search the Windows Registry (Start -> enter regedit and open -> Search
for GUID). Delete all entries containing this GUID and restart the computer.
