A.2 Replacing components
When replacing components, observe the instructions in
Tab.A/5.

Description
... of a CMAX or CPX terminal · Parameterisation / identification / adaptation:
A lot of acquired data depends on the individual components and
can therefore not be parameterised. Therefore, after exchanging,
complete commissioning is to always be carried out again.
· Movement test:
The movement test can be skipped when the drive, displacement
encoder or VPWP are unchanged, as well as when there have
been no changes to the tubing connections.

· Parameterisation:
When identical components are replaced, the parameterisation
remains unchanged.
· Movement test:
It is urgently recommended that the movement test be carried
out.
· Identification / adaptation:
The acquired data depends on the individual components. There
fore, after exchanging, identification / complete commissioning is
to always be carried out again.
· Zero points / position values / record list:
The absolute references can be parameterised automatically via
the bus master.
However, note that the reference system may change when the
drive or displacement encoder is replaced!
