2.6.2 Filter regulator
· Use a filter regulator consisting of a compressed air filter
and a regulating valve (e.g. LFR−...−D−... with 5ìm filter
cartridge ) in conjunction with a soft− start valve (e.g. HEL):

with sufficiently large sta nda rd nominal flow rate
corre s po n di n g to the air requirement of the connected
drive during
positi oning. Reference value: twice the stan
