42 SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENTS
42.1 FLEXRADIO SOFTWARE LICENSE
Maestro End User License Agreement

Software components provided with Maestro including Windows software located on the included
computer and embedded microprocessor software inside Maestro including all upgrades applied after the
initial purchase (“the Software Product”) and accompanying documentation are licensed and not sold. The
Software Product is protected by copyright laws and treaties, as well as laws and treaties related to other
forms of intellectual property. FlexRadio, Inc., or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers (collectively
“FlexRadio”, “Company”, “we” or “us”) own intellectual property rights in the Software Product. The
Licensee’s (“you” or “your”) license to download, use, copy, or change the Software Product is subject to
these rights and all the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”).
Acceptance
YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY SELECTING THE “ACCEPT”
OPTION AND INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR BY DOWNLOADING, USING, OR COPYING THE
SOFTWARE PRODUCT. YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU WILL
BE ALLOWED TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT INSTALL, USE, OR COPY THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
License Grant
FlexRadio, Inc. grants to you, and you accept, a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the
Software Product, in machine-readable, object code form only. You shall use the Software Product only as
authorized in this Agreement. This Agreement does not convey to you any ownership rights or any other
interest in the Software Product. This Agreement entitles you to use the Software Product on any number
of computers for exclusive use with FlexRadio, Inc. software defined radios (“SDRs”).
multiFLEX™
If more than one user desires to use the Software Product to connect to the SDR or otherwise, you must
obtain a multiFLEX license, which may be subject to additional license fees based on various factors such as
number of users, type of use, and whether or not such use is for profit. If you have obtained the appropriate
multiFLEX license, you may allow only the number of people to access and use the Software Product and
SDR corresponding to your multiFLEX license. You are not permitted to employ any device, whether
hardware, software, or otherwise, designed to circumvent, or which has the effect of circumventing, the
license restrictions set forth in this paragraph or which allows multiple users to access or use the Software
Product or SDR without first obtaining the applicable multiFLEX license.
Term
This Agreement will become effective on the date you acquire the Software Product and will remain in force
until terminated. You may terminate the license, at any time, by removing the Software Product from all of
your computers and destroying the original Software Product. This License will automatically terminate if
you breach any of the terms or conditions set out in this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement
