PQ <MODE>
(IEEE-488, RS-232, Coupled)
Enter/Exit the Power Quality mode.
<MODE> is OFF --- for normal 5522 mode
CH --- for Composite Harmonic mode
DAMPL --- for Sag/Swell or Flicker mode
Example: PQ CH --- Enter the Composite Harmonics mode

<D_TIME> is 0.001 Sec to 60 Sec

Set the period over which the output amplitude is "ramped" up/down to the selected Delta
V / V value in Single (Sag/Swell) mode.
<R_TIME> is 0.001 Sec to 60.0 Sec
