■ For a SAN environment
The procedure to export logs in the SAN environment is as follows:
1 Click [Export/Delete Log] in [Action].
2 Set the detailed information for exporting a log.
The main setting items are as follows.
● Export Option
• Specify Time Range
• Start Time
• End Time
• Include I/O Module log
• Log File Size
• Delete of Customer Information
3 Click the [Export] button.
A confirmation screen appears.
If an error screen appears under the following conditions, check the parameter settings.
• When the input date and/or time are not valid (For example: February 31st)
• When the end time is earlier than the start time
