Solution
Set the same encryption method as the one for the wireless access point.
The scanner cannot be connected to the wireless access point in the following cases.
Change to another encryption method or security protocol.
● "WEP" is set for the encryption method of the wireless access point
● "WEP (Transitional Security Network)" is set for the security protocol of the wireless access point.
