Chapter 3 OS Installation Using ServerStart
3.3.3 OS Installation Wizard
Set computer information, user information, and the network protocol.
ServerStart can configure multiple network patterns. When configuring a domain controller, refer to
"Using ServerStart to Configure the Network".
 The setting window differs depending on the OS to be installed. The following describes operations on
Windows Server 2003.
1 Click [Installation Wizard for MS Windows Server 2003].
A message prompting you to specify the configuration file appears.
2 Click [No].
The [Windows Installation] window appears.
3 Enter the password in [Password for Administrator account] and [Please repeat
Password] and click [Next].
 If the password differs between [Password for Administrator account] and [Please repeat Pass-
word], an error dialog window appears. Enter the password correctly.
The [Computer Identification] window appears.
4 Set items and click [Next].
The [Installation Directory and Time Zone] window appears.
5 Set items and click [Next].
The [User Name] window appears.
6 Set items and click [Next].
The [Display Settings] window appears.
7 Set items and click [Next].
The [Network Protocol] window appears.
8 Set items and click [Next].
The [Software Components] window appears.
9 Set items and click [Next].
The [Services] window appears.
