Reset a Password
To reset a password, the old and new passwords are required.
Only a user with Security Administrator privileges can reset a user’s password by
clicking Reset password, in the user Security > User Account > Account Setting
page.
In this case, the system will automatically generate a new password that can be
changed by the user.
The new password is then used to connect to the device web application.
Note:
When a user has lost a password, the password cannot be recovered due to the one-way password encryption algorithm.
