5 Assembly
Assembly personnel, refer to Chapter 1.7.1
At least two persons are necessary to assemble the machine!
The weight of some machine parts is too heavy for one person to lift
Falling tools/parts.
Secure tools/parts against falling.
When working at locations where there is a risk of falling, personal
protective equipment (PPE) must be worn and appropriately
secured.
If the PPE is fastened to the outrigger, the outrigger must be ballasted
beforehand with the counterweights according to the weight of the
individual.
5.1 Mounting the outrigger
¾ Transport outrigger to the roof in pieces.
¾ Transport ballast weights (counterweights) to the roof.
¾ Transport wire ropes to the roof.
