5.7.3 Approach plate limit switch
WARNING
Danger to life
The approach plate limit switch absolutely must be installed before
first commissioning. Fall protection absolutely must be worn for
installation.
If necessary, a safety distance must be provided above the working
platform which is appropriate to the outrigger used / the building
shape / the local situation / the position of the winch on the working
platform.
NOTE:
Mounting must be followed by a function test.
->Platform must stop when the limit switch approach plate is
touched.

The limit switch approach plate can also be already mounted when
hooking the ropes on the outrigger.

Guide the limit switch approach plate (4)
over both ropes and fix with screws.
5.7.4 Fasten the clamping weight

Fasten the clamping weight (5) to the safety
rope approx. 20 cm above the ground.
