Safety rope

Push the lever (3) up to open the rope
stop.

The rope winch must be in vertical
position at this.
¾ Guide the rope (2) through the rope
stop from above and pull it all the way
through the rope stop by hand.
¾ Lower the lever slowly.

If the lever is lowered too quickly, this
can trigger the rope stop.
Repeat the procedure on other rope winches.
WARNING
Slipping of the safety rope
The safety rope must not be lubricated!
Lubricated ropes must be thoroughly cleaned before installation.
