Then, check that the output volume dials (Headphone, Master, Mix Input) are not muted. Finally, verify the settings in the routing matrix and load one of the “Defaults” under Menu Master [F2] Routing.

      If you can't hear the sound of connected pads on your Gewa Drums, but the Song Player and Metronome are audible, check the settings in the routing matrix and load one of the “Defaults”. Also, if you've been working with MIDI, a turned-off Local Control might be the issue. Check Menu Master MIDI Global Settings Local Control.

      If you're only hearing one pad component (like the Head OR Rim) on your Gewa Drums, ensure that the stereo cables connecting the pad and console are fully plugged in. For GEWA cymbals and modules, the stereo cable needs to be connected to the socket facing the cymbal piezo.

      If you can't hear the metronome sound on your Gewa Drums, but you can hear the drum kit and playing songs, the metronome is likely muted. Check Home [F3] Click [7] Click-Vol. Also, the metronome might not be routed to the output you're listening to; check “Click” in Menu Master [F2] Routing [F1] Others Click.
