8 DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
(8) Adjust the belt tension to be the following table of tension.
FCX2000-60 FCX2000-120 FCX2000-180
860g to 880g 480g to 500g 330g to 350g
(9) Move the Y bar to the far right and the far left several times, and then conrm the X belt is not touching
to the ange of X idler pulley.
Conrm the X belt is not touching
to the ange of X idler pulley.

(10) Adjust the belt tensions if the belt is touching to the ange of X idler pulley.
(11) Apply a few quantity of the silicon grease to the X drive pulley if the belt is replaced.
Note:
Do not use grease other than the silicon-grease.
The other grease will be the cause of chemical damage to the belt.
(12) Tighten the two M4L6 binding head screw xing the idler bracket.

Use this access hole to loosen the screw of rear.
