9 ELECTRICAL ADJUSTMENTS
9.16 Back up to the SUB-NVRAM
This function will back up the adjustment values of main board to the SUB-NVRAM.
Perform this procedure when the SUM-NVRAM valuers were not able to copy to the main board.
The all adjustments need to be performed before performing this function.
Prepare following items before uploading
• PC
• SEND.EXE
• USB cable
• The FCX2000 series of USB driver must be installed before using the SEND.EXE.
• The serial number of FCX2000. (It will start from the character “A” with 9 digit numbers.)
• Thebackupcommandle.(Thislehastocreatebythetexteditorsuchaswordpad.)
How to create the back up command le
Type the following character by using the text editor.
a10,1.Axxxxxxxxx,
The “Axxxxxxxxx” is serial number of the FCX2000.
For example if the serial number is “A610200001”, type as below.
a10,1,A601200001,
Savetheleaftertypedit.(Don’tforgettotypethe“,”commaoflast.)
Procedure
The back up commandleshouldbesentintheREADYmenuofmaintenancemode.
(1) Turn on the power while pressing the SLOW key and the ENTER key.
The following menu is displayed.
(2) SendthebackupcommandletotheFCX2000byusingtheSEND.EXE.
Selectthebackupcommandle.
Press the Print button after the back up
commandleandtheoutputdevicewere
selected.
Select the FCX2000 for output device.
ConrmtheactivedeviceofFC2000at
the Device and Printers.
SelectAllles.
(3) Turn off the power after the “READY” was displayed on the LCD of FCX2000.
