10.1 The power is not turned on.
Symptom Possible Cause Solution
Nothing is displayed on the LCD.
The USER LED is not lighting.
There is no power supplied. Conrm the power cable is
connecting to the inlet of main unit
securely.
Conrm the power cable is
connecting to AC inlet securely.
Conrm the power supply board is
outputting +40 V on CN2.
Replace the power supply board if
it does not output +40 V.
The power switch can not turn on. The Emergency switch was
pressed.
Release the Emergency switch.
Nothing is displayed on the LCD. The LCD is defective.
Or the control panel cable is
broken.
Or there is bad contact on
connector of LCD.
Or main board is defective.
Replace the LCD if the PAUSE/
MENU of LED is lit when the
PAUSE/MENU key was pressed.
Conrm the control panel cable is
not broken if the PAUSE/MENU
of LED is not lit when the PAUSE/
MENU key was pressed.
Conrm the pin No. 21 to No.23
are not broken or bad contact.
When the pin No. 21 to No.23
of signal line are broken or bad
contact, replace the control panel
cable.
Replace the main board when the
LCD and the control panel cable
are not defective.
"Sum-Ck ROM RAM ERR!!" is
displayed on the LCD panel.
The main board is defective. Replace the main board.
