8 DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
(6) Cut each location of screw at the electrostatic adhesion panel with cutter knife, and then remove the ten
M4 cap screws.
(7) Insert the tip of at head screw under the honeycomb plate, and then detach the electrostatic adhesion
panel and the honeycomb plate from the FCX2000.
(8) The honeycomb plate is xing with the ten M4 cap screws as shown in the picture below.
(9) Attach the new honeycomb plate to the FCX2000.
(10) Fix the honeycomb plate with the ten M4 cap screws.
(11) Detach the right top cover (Refer to the section 8.1.5.).
(12) Put the black color of electrostatic adhesion panel on to the honeycomb plate with the double sided
tape.
(13) Refer to “How to place the black color of electrostatic adhesion panel” to put it.
