10 TROUBLESHOOTING

The “POSITION ALARM”
is displayed during
cutting.
X motor is defective. Does the X motor rotate
correctly?
(No) The X motor turns
quickly, and then
the position error is
displayed.
Conrm the cable is
connecting securely.
Replace the X motor.
(Yes) Conrm the Y motor
rotates correctly.
Y motor is defective. Does the Y motor rotate
correctly?
(No) The Y motor turns
quickly, and then
the position error is
displayed.
Conrm the cable is
connecting securely.
Replace the Y motor.
The tool position can not
move to the lower left
of origin after the power
was turned on.
The origin is setting to
other than lower left
origin point.

(Yes) The origin is memorized

Move the tool position
to the lower left, and
then press the origin
key until two beeps
sound.
Or turn on the power
while pressing the
origin key to reset the
origin point.
(No) Conrm the adjustment
of home position.

after the main board was
replaced.
Conrm the origin
position adjustment
point.
Readjust the origin point.
Assign tool 1 for the cutting
condition when the origin is
adjusting in the maintenance
mode.
