13 Target electrical component for WEEE instruction
• Removing (G) Electrostatics High Voltage Board (H) Electrostatics Relay Board
(FCX2000-120ES only)
(1) Remove the four M4L8 binding head screws holding the right top cover, and then detach it.

(2) Disconnect the high voltage board cable from the relay connectors.
(3) Remove the four M3L6 binding head screws holding the high voltage board.

(4) Detach the high voltage board.
(5) Disconnect the exible cable of electrostatic adhesion panel from the electrostatic relay board.
(6) Remove the four M3L6 binding head screws holding the electrostatic relay board.
