7.8 Electrostatic Adhesion Panel
7.8.1 Replacing the Electrostatic Adhesion Panel
The Electrostatic Adhesion Panel is attached to the honeycomb plate by the double-sided Adhesion tapes.
The 20 mm wide double-sided Adhesion tapes will put on the red part of honeycomb plate as shown in the
picture below.
Preparation
Prepare the 20 mm wide double-sided Adhesion tapes
At least two persons need when the Electrostatic Adhesion Panel is going to replace.
How to peel off the Electrostatic Adhesion Panel
(1) Detach the right top cover (Refer to the section 7.1.5.).
(2) Detach the left top cover (Refer to the section 7.1.6.).
(3) Move the Y bar to the left end.
(4) Disconnect the exible cable of electrostatic adhesion panel from the electrostatic relay board.
(5) Gently peel off the electrostatic adhesion panel from the honeycomb plate at the exible cable of
electrostatic adhesion panel.
