7.3.2 Pen Block Assembly
How to detach the Pen Block Assembly
(1) Detach the Y bar cover (Refer to the section 7.1.13.).
(2) Detach the pen block cover (Refer to the section 7.1.14.).
(3) Disconnect the MC exible cables and the registration mark sensor cables from the pen board.

(4) Remove the two M4L6 binding head screws holding the pen block assembly, and then detach it.

(5) The spare part of pen block assembly is not including the registration mark sensor boards.
Detach the registration mark sensor boards when the pen block assembly is replaced.
How to reinstall the Pen Block Assembly
(1) Reattach the pen block assembly in the reverse order in which it was detached.
(2) Install the pen block assembly to 10 mm height from the writing panel.

(3) Adjust the tool force when the pen block assembly was replaced.
(4) Adjust the registration mark sensor positions when the registration sensor boards were removed.
