3.3 Replacing the Cutter Blade
PHP33-CB09-HS/PHP33-CB15-HS
(1) Turn the chuck counterclockwise to remove the chuck from the plunger.
φ0.9 mm/φ1.5

(2) Replace the blade.
(3) Install the chuck to the plunger after the blade was replaced.
Then tighten the chuck.

(1) Remove the chuck from the plunger by using the plunger-cap

(2) Replace the blade of chuck.
Install the blade to the chuck straightly when the blade is installing to the chuck.
Push the blade hole part several times when the blade was not able to install to the chuck straightly.
And then install the blade to the chuck completely.

(3) Install the chuck to the plunger after the blade was replaced.
Then tighten the chuck.
