How to place the Electrostatic Adhesion Panel
(1) Clean the glue from the honeycomb plate.
(2) Put the double-sided Adhesion tapes to the honeycomb plate as shown in the picture below.

Put the double-sided Adhesion
tapes to the 4th edge of
honeycomb plate.
And then have the 2 mm gap to
the each double-sided Adhesion
tapes.

(3) Put on the electrostatic adhesion panel to the honeycomb plate from the left side of FCX4000 during
gently removing the protection label from double-sided Adhesion tapes.
