The Y bar hits something
and then stops when it is
moving.
Remove the object disturbing
the operation, and then turn
on the power after turning off
the power.
The X home sensor is
defective.
Replace the X home sensor
when the Y bar moves +X
direction slowly and the X
position error is displayed.
The model setting did
not set to the correct
model after the main
board was replaced.
Set the correct model
when the X position error
is displayed after the Y bar
moved to the right side end.
Conrm the model name on
the LCD after the power was
turned on.
The home position was
not set to the correct
position after the main
board was replaced.
Set the correct home position
when the X position error
is displayed after the Y bar
moved to the right side end.
The X motor is defective. Replace the X motor if the
Y-bar moves quickly when it is
cutting the X direction.
The main board is
defective.
Replace the main board
when the X position error is
displayed without moving the
Y bar.
