(17) Adjust the belt tension to be the following table of tension.
FCX4000-50 FCX4000-60,
420g to 440g 290g to 210g
(18) Move the Y bar to the far right and the far left several times, and then conrm the X belt is not touching
to the ange of X idler pulley.
Conrm the X belt is not touching
to the ange of X idler pulley.

(19) Adjust the belt tensions if the belt is touching to the ange of X idler pulley.
(20) Apply a few quantity of the silicon grease to the X drive pulley if the belt is replaced.
Note:
Do not use grease other than the silicon-grease.
The other grease will be the cause of chemical damage to the belt.
(21) Tighten the two M4L6 binding head screw xing the idler bracket.

Use this access hole to loosen the screw of front.
