4.2 INSPECTION AND SOLUTION FOR COMMON FAILURE OF
POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM
Vehicle without 72V
power output
1. Check the Battery
pack Enable signal
fuse and circuit.
Repair the Battery pack Enable
signal circuit.
2. Check the Battery pack cables.
3. Check the 72V main fuse of the
motor controller.
Repair the 72V main fuse
circuit of the motor controller.
4. Check the 72V main fuse of the
main cable.
Repair the 72V main fuse
circuit of the main cable.
Change the damaged
controller.
L-limit mode or power
failure caused by the
Battery pack
Insulation leakage
Error .
1. Only check whether the
insulation resistance between
the Main cable and the frame
is qualified
Repair the 72V circuit of the
Main cable.
2. Only check whether the
insulation resistance between
the motor cable and the frame
is qualified
Change the damaged motor
cable.
3. Only check whether the
insulation resistance between
the motor and the frame is
qualified
Change the damaged motor.
4. Only check whether the
insulation resistance between
the controller and the frame is
qualified
Change the damaged
controller.
12V battery always
runs out of power
1. Measure whether the 12V
battery terminal voltage is
greater han 13.5V after the
vehicle is powered on to check
Whether DC-DC Converter
works normally.
Repair the circuit of the DC-DC
Converter or Change the
damaged DC-DC Converter.
