7.2 CHARGING SYSTEM

7.2.1 Trouble Shooting

1. Fuse (main)
"30A" fuse for battery to DC/DC positive line
CONTINUITY
2.Battery
• Check the battery condition. Refer to
“CHECKING AND CHARGING THE
Open-circuit voltage
12.8 V or more at 20 °C (68 °F)
CORRECT
3. Charging voltage
Connect and turn the electricity of the vehicle
and test the voltage of 12V/18Ah battery at
both ends of the battery
Tester (+) lead Battery (+) terminal
Tester (–) lead Battery (–) terminal
If the voltage is 13.8V, then it works well.
NOTE:
Use a fully charged battery.
OUT OF SPECIFICATION
4. DC/DC switch
5. Wiring connections (the entire charging system)
NOTE:
Remove some parts before maintenance
1. Cushion
Repair with following special tooling
NO CONTINUITY
Replace the fuse.
INCORRECT
• Clean the battery terminals.
• Recharge or contact after-sales service.
MEETS SPECIFICATION
The charging circuit is not faulty.
