8.5 ELECTROMOTOR DRIVE SYSTEM
Rotating speed of motor is not
able to change.
1. Check the sensor of acceleration.
2. Check the cables.
3. Check the connect cable of the motor sensor.
4. Check the motor.
5. Check the controller.
Speed become slow or power
become weak
1. Check the battery, whether the voltage of battery is less than
standard value.
2. Check the battery for damage.
3. Check the controller for damage.
4. Check the sensor of acceleration.
5. Check the functionality of output of the rotate speed sensor.
6. Check the sensor between the motor and the controller,
whether the socket is open circuit or not.
Mode cannot switch out of L
mode, and maximum speed
cannot exceed 24km/h.
1. Check the Seatbelt buckle switch.
2. Check the Seatbelt buckle switch cables.
3. Low soc.
4. Check the instrument display fault code
Driving mileage decreased
after full electricity charged
1. Check the battery
2. Check the controller.
3. Check the motor armature winding for partial short circuit.
4. Check the cables.
Cannot run while accelerating.
1. Check the power of the battery.
2. Check cables, whether the function of acceleration protection
is broken or not.
3. Check the connecting wires between the batteries if loose.
4. Check the sensor socket of motor if properly connected.
5. Check the motor armature winding for turnoff.
6. Check the motor's field winding for turnoff.
7. Check the controller for damage.
8. Check the sensor of acceleration.
9. Check the “forward / reverse” switch for water penetration.
10. Check the switch of “Forward/Reverse”.
