• Rectify causes (defective lubrica-
tion line, hardened lubricant, etc.)
• Switch lubrication system off and
on, or acknowledge the error

Undervoltage or over-
voltage
• Switch off lubrication system
• Check supply voltage and com-
pare with specified parameters
• Replace defective electronic com-
ponents
• Switch on lubrication system
• Acknowledge error if necessary

internal error Disassemble entire lubrication sys-
tem with screwed on lubricant car-
tridge and send back to Güdel along
with a comprehensive fault descrip-
tion
An internal error is usually in the
electronics of the FlexxPump4. It
cannot be rectified by you on site.
