GUDEL FlexxPump4 N - PRO Menu in Emptying Time Mode

Set up the SET menu as follows:
1 Touch magnetic surface with magnetic peg Ü238
2 Remove magnetic peg from magnetic surface as soon as the LCD shows
“SET” and the yellow LED lights up
3 Wait until the green LED and the LCD flash 2x
4 Select draining time as the operating mode
4.1 Touch magnetic surface with magnetic peg Ü238
4.2 Remove magnetic peg from magnetic surface as soon as the LCD
shows “Et” and the yellow LED lights up
4.3 Wait until the green LED and the LCD flash 2x
5 Select a bellow volume of 400 ml
5.1 Touch magnetic surface with magnetic peg Ü238
5.2 Remove magnetic peg from magnetic surface as soon as the LCD
shows “400” and the yellow LED lights up
5.3 Wait until the green LED and the LCD flash 2x
The SET menu has been set up and the operating mode and bellow volume
have been set according to Güdel standards.
6.6.2 PRO menu in emptying time mode
The PRO menu is used to set the dispensing behaviour of the FlexxPump. The
operator can set the number of strokes "c" and the emptying time of the lu-
bricant cartridge in months. Emptying times can be set between 1…36
months and hub strokes "c" between 1…30 strokes of 0.16cm

The
FlexxPump automatically calculates the pause time between two dispensing
processes, in order to achieve the set emptying time in months.
The function is only available if the FlexxPump is switched "On". The control
system reverts to "On" mode after a completed function.
