GUDEL FlexxPump4 N - PRO Menu in Pulse Mode

Execute the PRO menu as follows:
Prerequisite: There is no malfunction at the FlexxPump
Prerequisite: In the SET menu, the hour mode operating mode is selected
1 Touch the active surface with the magnetic peg Ü238
2 Remove the magnetic peg from the active surface once the LCD displays
"Pro" and the yellow LED lights up
3 Wait until the green LED and the LCD flash twice
4 Set the pause time value in hours
4.1 Touch the active surface with the magnetic peg Ü238
4.2 Remove the magnetic peg from the active surface once the LCD
displays the desired value and the yellow LED lights up
4.3 Wait until the green LED and the LCD flash twice
5 Set the number of strokes
5.1 Touch the active surface with the magnetic peg Ü238
5.2 Remove the magnetic peg from the active surface once the LCD
displays the desired value and the yellow LED lights up
5.3 Wait until the green LED and the LCD flash twice
The PRO menu is executed and the pause time and number of strokes are
set.
If the FlexxPump is ready for operation (battery and lubricant cartridge are in-
serted), the newly set dispensing process starts immediately.
The counter-pressure values are displayed in bar on the LCD and the green
LED lights up during the individual strokes.
6.6.4 PRO menu in pulse mode
The PRO menu is used to adjust the FlexxPump’s dispensing behavior. In
pulse mode, the FlexxPump is connected to an external control unit and is
checked and controlled by it. The operator cannot make any changes to the
settings in pulse mode. “PUL” is displayed in the LCD for informational pur-
poses.
The emptying time mode is accepted as the standard at Güdel. Reference is
made to this operating mode in the lubrication recommendation and in the
lubricant quantity calculator. The details on other operating modes are to be
considered as supplementary information.
