5.6.2.2 Fill lubricant lines / bleed FlexxPump
The following signal triggers the FIL menu at PIN2 and causes 40 x 0.16cm

of lubricant to be dispensed at each of the hydraulic outputs:
Accuracy of the impulses (High) on PIN 2: +/- 0.1s!
“PUL” flashes in the LCD, while the input signal “High” is on at PIN 2.
The LCD displays the counterpressure inbar (1…70) and the green LED lights up each time the motor runs.

The signal indicated at PIN2 starts the filling process. The filling process takes at least 1412 seconds. If the filling process was interrupted by the lubrication system being switched off, it will have to be
restarted once the lubrication system is turned back on. The output signal at PIN4 in normal operation is High (+20…30V). The signal will switch to Low (+0V) while the lubrication system's motor
is actually running. This usually takes between approx. 7 and 17seconds, depending on the length of the lubrication lines and the viscosity of the lubricant. After that, the signal switches back to High
(+24V).
