“FRES”, “FREQ”, ‘PER”, “TEMP:RTD”, “TEMP:TCO”, “DIOD”, “CONT”,
“NON” (2nd display only)
Example: SENS:FUNC1 “VOLT:DC”

Sets the DC Voltage measurement range.
Parameter: (<NRf> | MIN | MAX)
Example: SENS:VOLT:DC:RANG MIN
Set the DC voltage range to lowest range allowed.

Returns the DC Voltage measurement range.
Parameter: [None] | [MIN | MAX]

Sets the AC Voltage measurement range.
