7. TROUBLESHOOTING
7.1. MECHANICAL TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptoms
Possible causes
Solution
The SOUND 2 does not start
No power
Check that the power cable is
correctly connected on the
customer side.
Check that the power connector is
correctly attached to the unit
SD card inserted
Wait for the end of the SOUND2
boot cycle from the card, then
remove the SD card and restart.
No frequency received
Microphone incorrectly
positioned
Position the microphone correctly
on the mill
Microphone cable improperly
connected
Connect the microphone cable
correctly to the microphone and to
the circuit board.
