7. TROUBLESHOOTING
7.1. MECHANICAL TROUBLESHOOTING
The SOUND 2 does not start
Check that the power cable is
correctly connected on the
customer side.
Check that the power connector is
correctly attached to the unit
Wait for the end of the SOUND2
boot cycle from the card, then
remove the SD card and restart.
Microphone incorrectly
positioned
Position the microphone correctly
on the mill
Microphone cable improperly
connected
Connect the microphone cable
correctly to the microphone and to
the circuit board.
7.2. SOFTWARE TROUBLESHOOTING
SD card inserted in the slot for more
than one minute.
Remove the card after use.
Check the data transfers to the
host.
Temperature limit exceeded
Check the internal temperature
of the SOUND 2.
Communication problem between 2
processors
The value of the output signal is
greater than the user up level.
The value of the output signal is less
than the user down level.
The working memory does not have
enough voltage to work.
The fault is written to the high-speed
RAM
Reset the alarm, and if the alarm
occurs again, please call the
HASLER customer service, as the
component is probably defective.
The fault is written to the memory
containing the parameters.
Reset the alarm, and if it
reoccurs, please call HASLER
