This sub-menu provides direct access to existing variables that are not included in the menus, but that are
useful for remote maintenance in order to read or write the value of a variable that is not contained in a
menu or submenu.
The number of “hidden” variables is defined in the first line and the value of the selected variable is displayed
in the second line.
